There are two available apps that work together.
The first one is the CLIENTTRIAGE WEB APP. It is dedicated to your customers, who will answer to a set of questions relating to their health condition in the last 14 days, including whether they have been in contact with COVID19-positive people and whether they have been in the Red Areas.

Once the customer has filled in the questionnaire you will receive a Pdf document containing all data in a very simple way.

Using PROTRIAGE system app , you can manage all customers data with all your devices and accept or deny a customer booking, depending on their answers.

The PROTRIAGE system app was developed to be accessible both from the APP (soon available on PLAYSTORE and APPSTORE), and from any browser.

This will allow you to access the service with your smartphone, your tablet and your computer by simply typing the web address www.dashboard.pro-triage.com . You can manage the access of the your customers at any time.

In the same way, your customers will have access to the service using a smartphone or tablet, or a computer.

  • Platform solution (Web based, Mobile based, IM) with the aim of simplifing the clinic phone triage process. Phone triage process consists in list a of questions to be ask to customers before let them get in a clinic. The main goal of this platform is to try to reduce potential risks of contagion from covid19.
    The platform is composed of 2 apps (iOS and Android), the first app will be used by the clinic medical staff, the second app will be used by patients. Furthermore there are other two web apps: a medical dashboard and a patient questionary.
